Every service I offer works online. ERP for OCD can be especially practical by video, as we can work on triggers in your own home.
What you’ll need
Nothing technical. I send a link before each session, and you join from your browser or app.
- A phone, tablet or computer with a camera
- A reasonably stable internet connection
- Headphones, if others are nearby
- A private space where you won’t be overheard

Is online therapy as effective as face-to-face?
For many people, yes. CBT, ERP and counselling all work well over video, and research on online therapy for anxiety and depression shows outcomes broadly similar to in-person work. We can review together whether it’s working for you.
Where in the UK can I have online sessions?
Anywhere in the UK. You need to be in the UK at the time of each session, in a private space.
How much does online therapy cost?
The same as in person: £80 for a 50-minute session. The first step is a free 20-minute intro call.
Which platform do you use?
We agree a secure video platform together before the first session. I send a link beforehand, and sessions are never recorded by either of us.
What if the connection drops?
I’ll call you back on the video link, or by phone if it keeps dropping, so we can carry on.
